A master plan for growth and renovation of all facilities was provided for this existing 17-acre facility that includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, and equestrian uses. The proposed design envisions a new clubhouse with outdoor terraces; re-designed auto entrance and approach; new tennis courts; renovated pool house; new poolside barbeque area and children’s play area; new equestrian building with viewing terraces overlooking the horse ring; and new pedestrian circulation throughout.
